Nettle, the infamous stinging weed is an excellent lymphatic cleanser and blood purifier. It has a cooling and detoxifying effect on the body as well as a sympathetic kinship with the kidneys.

The humble mint leaf and aromatic fennel seed hold an important place here for soothing a worrisome, tense or bloated belly. Both herbs have a cooling and calming effect on the stomach, easing discomfort in the digestive tract.

Celery seed was the first herb to sneak into this blend. It has a strong affinity with the kidneys that assists detoxification. It is particularly responsive to hot, dry conditions where inflammation, swelling or pain are present.

The illustrious, hepatic warrior milk thistle seed aids in detoxification by toning and strengthening bile flow in the liver.

The sweet root of the licorice plant also holds hepatic power, cleansing and detoxifying the body with its cooling vitality.

Ginger is present for warming stimulation, aiding circulation, respiration and digestion while reducing any stagnation in the liver.
